Required for government compliance under RESA Law (RA 9646). Admin reviews and approves your verified badge.

Annual DHSUD registration number. Required only when listing subdivision lots, house-and-lot units, or condo projects.

Full legal name of your supervising licensed broker, as registered with PRC.
Your broker's PRC License Number — required on every listing under RESA Law (RA 9646).
DHSUD salesperson registration number. Required only when selling subdivision or condo units.
Admin accounts do not require compliance verification.
Endorser accounts do not need credentials — complete the identity, selfie and (optional) company steps instead.

STEP 4 · COMPANY / REALTY (OPTIONAL)
Upload clear photos of both documents (JPEG/PNG/WebP). There is nothing to type — our team reads your company name, TIN and address from them, and they are also used on your BIR invoices. Realty firms: your own PRC/DHSUD license goes in the Credentials step.
