Who can become an endorser?
Anyone with a network of property owners — brokers, agents, owners, professionals or friends who simply like to help. Apply from your account and our team will review it.
Does it cost anything to be an endorser?
No. Joining the Endorser program is free.
How do I earn the 10%?
When a member you referred purchases a property posting, 10% of that payment is credited to you as MOH credits. Example: a ₱1,000 posting earns you ₱100 in MOH credits.
Can I cash out my credits?
No. MOH credits are for use within ManilaOpenHouse and are not redeemable for cash.
How does ManilaOpenHouse know the owner is mine?
You add the owner's mobile number in your Endorser dashboard. When they sign in with that number, they are linked to you automatically.
What does the property owner pay?
Posting is free for the first 7 days, then ₱1,000 per property per year.
